Description
PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide Sexual Assault Services (SAS) throughout the state of New Mexico. There are three purpose areas included in this RFP. The New Mexico Crime Victim Reparation Commission (CVRC) is issuing this RFP for FY 2027. The initial contract term is for the 12-month period beginning on July 1, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2027. CVRC reserves the right to extend the contract on an annual basis, or any portions thereof, for up to three (3) additional years. In accordance with Section 13-1-150 NMSA 1978, no contract term for a professional services contract, including extensions and renewals, shall exceed four years, except as set forth in Section 13-1-150 NMSA 1978. These statewide and/or regional, county or community services must be provided in accordance with the applicable Federal, State, and local laws. The total amount of funding available through this RFP is $9,304,395.00, which includes $8,962,395.00 recurring funds and $342,00.00 NON-RECURRING, and is subject to legislative appropriations of funding, and budget approval by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Thank you! | Within the WebGrants portal, which is the platform you are entering your application, you will start a new application. You will follow the prompt within the application, once you reach the application detail sections you will see a component with “FY27 State Purpose Area Budget” section inside the application workspace. The required budget template/form is embedded there and will be completed within the Webgrants portal. |

Would that be where to enter or attached a detailed budget? | For Purpose area 3 budget within the WebGrants system you will enter the total amount requested under recurring or nonrecurring. Please reference the RFP on Page 24. "Additional Documentation" Can be used to attach any additional documents needed to support the application request, there is not a specific format required, the organization may use their own budget form. |

Our organization’s holistic staffing model combines case managers, attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants to provide accompaniment, advocacy, and culturally and linguistically specific services for immigrant victims of SA. This integrated approach is integral to survivors' ability to access safety and legal protections. We wanted to confirm that case managers, attorney, paralegal, and legal assistant staff time dedicated to these services may all be included as allowable costs under Purpose Area 3? | Please refer to page 14 of the RFP.
